Helping teens get where they were meant to be

Each student is uniquely gifted with strengths, abilities, experiences and personality that makes them an especially good fit for careers that require a specific combination of skills, interests and personality. Helping students find the right fit for careers, college majors and colleges helps ensure that they will get the training they need and end up graduating on time from the right college into the best career for them.

Parents who encourage teens in areas where they are gifted and who help teens participate in activities that will nurture their gifts are helping their children position themselves for college and career success. To the extent that teens receive good advice and support through the college process, they will have a smooth transition from high school to college.

Being in a college that is a great fit lays a good foundation for student success. Students have significant academic adjustments to make during the freshman year.
Being in the best major for their interests helps motivate students to make needed adjustments and the extra effort needed to do well.
